Yesterday was a TOUGH day at work. Can I just sleep through the rest of this week please? Since I can’t, I made myself a “pump up playlist” so I can make it through the rest of the week without needing to cart a bottle of wine around with me. Ha.

I usually run with music but yesterday I turned my music off on purpose as I ran through the woods. It was so beautiful I just wanted to take it all in.

I am a 50/50 listener. It really just depends. On longer runs alone, I really appreciate the tunes. If I’m working on intervals or hills, then I am more focused on the task and keeping track with my watch beeping at me!
